1. ORDER NOTICE

- The color/type options don't have the same fabric as the product image is due to an out-of-stock fabric (or an exclusive fabric provided by the customer), so we had to replace the fabric with other options available as above.

- Same design/style of product is guaranteed

- Delivery time 3-4 weeks (if materials are available), ADORN MUSEUM will notify the arising time of importation if the fabric you choose is currently out of stock in Vietnam.

2. WARRANTY & RETURN POLICIES:

WARRANTY TERM

- Product maintenance permanently

- 5 years: With sofa frame

- 2 years: With the mattress and springs, if the mattress is removable 1 for 1 (100% new) in 12 months

- 1 year with wooden products

- 1 year with accessories (seams, buttons/buttons, padlock/pillow, plastic feet ...)

- 06 months with real leather surface

- Within 03 days after receiving the product handover, please check carefully and respond immediately if you are not satisfied or discover any problems with the product. After 03 days, all details are not in the WARRANTY PERIOD, SOFIA will pay the cost if it is the fault of the user.

NO WARRANTY WITH

- Error from user or breakdown caused by a natural disaster

- In the case of product damage due to your fault, depending on the level of damage to the product, we will support free of charge repair.
