1. MATERIAL:

- Non-woven fabric, has 2 main components: Non-woven fabric base layer and printed PVC (Vinyl) surface layer

- The composition of the non-woven fabric base layer is made from pulp and cotton fabric, the moisture absorption is higher than other types of non-woven fabric soles

The ink color is printed with imported Korean water-based ink, ensuring safety for users, contributing to protecting the living environment

2. PRODUCT PROPERTIES:

- Nonwoven fabric is slightly thicker but is soft as normal fabric with more intricate graphics and textures

- Tolerance and lifespan of the nonwoven fabric are much higher than conventional wallpaper. It is less likely to fall apart at the edges, thus increasing the longevity of the wallcovering

- Nonwoven wallcovering is made with pulp mixed with cotton fiber that is high in hygroscopicity. This helps absorb moisture from the wall and prevent mold from growing

3. WARRANTY & RETURN

3.1. Warranty with:

- The product is still in warranty period

- Use specialized glue that the supplier requires

- When cleaning, use a damp cloth (do not use chemicals)

- Use the specialized glue the supplier that comes with the product

- Product quality warranty is 05 years (required to use according to the instructions)

- We are only responsible and warranted for certified and authentic products provided by our company

- Do not stick the product in places exposed to direct sunlight or splashed by rain (the product is affected by climate)

- When constructing, stick the zone lining with the wall surface, and stick with the roll number. For plain samples that must be reversed, comply with construction technical requirements given by the factory

- The product is due to manufacturer's error or during shipping (please present the delivery note and invoice receipt no later than 3 days from the date of receipt)

3.2. No warranty with:

- Disassemble and repair without instruction

- The product is out of warranty period

- Due to the external force causing product deformation

- Do not follow the technical requirements that the manufacturer requires
