USER MANUAL:

- Soak MAGICOOL for about 3 minutes in cool water or rinse under running water, then gently squeeze the product without twisting the towel or squeezing the polymer

- Wipe off excess water. Wear MAGICOOL on your neck, head, or wrist

- After use, gently wash the product with clean water, do not use the washing machine

- Dry the product in the shade, avoid direct light

- Do not place the product near a highly detergent solution

WARRANTY TERMS:

- 1-year warranty from the date of purchase but not more than 18 months from the date of manufacture

- We are only responsible for the warranty after determining the manufacturing defect

- The product has a warranty period from the date it is registered on the warranty card

- The warranty card must be kept intact, not erased or modified during the warranty period

CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:

- The product is torn due to external force.

- Let the product come into contact with chemicals and strong detergents. Using the product in violation of the manufacturer's instructions.

RETURN POLICY:

- Items purchased are non-refundable. If the product is defective, we will apply the warranty policy.
