+ The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear

+ Error caused by the manufacturer: pay 1 for 1

+ Manufacturer damaged: handled within 8 days

+ Any product damaged will not be considered after 12 months from the day receive

+ In case of product damaged due to user, depending on the level of damage, the manufacturer will support with or without fee

+ Shipping damage: take a photo as evidence at the time of receipt and will be exchanged by the supplier for a new product.

+ Warranty is not accepted due to environmental, natural disasters

+ When returning products: must have the label, invoice, and orders attached.
