RETURN POLICIES:

- Products with technical defects and manufacturer defects

- Delivery is not the right model, color, size, design... according to the type that the customer ordered

- Damaged, scratched due to transportation. When detecting the above cases, please do not receive the products and ask the delivery staff to call the supplier to confirm the status of the product at that time and ask for a return.

- 1 pay 1 within 2-3 days from the date of receipt

- Defective products will be checked by technical staff and confirmed that the fault belongs to the manufacturer, the delivery staff, or the customer. Returned products must be in their original condition, with confirmation of the condition of the products from technical staff and the customer. Please issue the invoice and bill

- If the product defect belongs to the manufacturer, the supplier will in charge of all the return fees. If the product defect belongs to the customer, we will assess the current status and take the cost of repair
