TATAMI UZU

When using Tatami Uzu Natural, we can arrange Tatami mats together to create a special area in the living room or bedroom.

In the Tatami area, customer can use for having tea, welcoming guests or doing meditation

* STOCK AND HYGIENE:

- Use a vacuum cleaner (light vacuum mode) or dry towel to clean the surface

- Cleaning schedule: once a month

- Do not get wet. If so, clean immediately and use the dryer to dry

- Do not let any sharp or acute angle objects on the Tatami mat to prevent scratching on the surface.

* NOTE:

- Shipping damaged: please do not receive, take a photo and confirm with the carrier at that time. The manufacturer will contact and send back the product

- Manufacturer damaged: please take a picture and contact the manufacturer immediately

- In case of product damage due to the user, depending on the level of damage, the manufacturer will support with or without a fee

- Warranty is not accepted due to environmental, natural disasters

- When returning products: must have the label, invoice. Products must be packed carefully
